Are there any “Corporate” (not business) credit cards available to businesses with $1MM in revenue?

It’s my understanding that “Corporate” credit cards are secured by the business, while “Business” credit cards are also secured by the underlying owners. My business is well established, has 4 yrs of tax records and has been profitable every year. How do I get a Corporate card that will accept my $1MM annual revenue? If I recall correctly, AMEX will not allow me to get their Corporate card until we have revenues exceeding $2MM. Any suggestions on getting a credit card secured solely by my business would be welcome. Thanks.
